Billing help

Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. If you can sign in, open your Bitakar account area and use Manage billing to update your card, view invoices, or cancel a subscription.

Data and privacy requests

For account deletion, data deletion, privacy questions, or export requests, email us from the address connected to your Bitakar account.
