Terms of Service

These terms are a practical first version for launch. They should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before Bitakar is promoted widely or used at larger scale.
1. Who operates Bitakar
Bitakar is operated by PRINT MY IDEAS FL LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In these terms, "Bitakar," "we," "us," and "our" refer to PRINT MY IDEAS FL LLC as the operator of the Bitakar service.
2. What Bitakar does
Bitakar helps users store and organize vehicle information, maintenance records, documents, receipts, photos, reminders, and related vehicle history. Bitakar is an organization tool. It is not a mechanic, insurer, legal advisor, tax advisor, government agency, or official vehicle records system.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to use Bitakar only for lawful purposes.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the information, files, photos, and documents you upload to Bitakar. You give us permission to store, process, display, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle that content as needed to provide and improve the service.
5. Accuracy of records
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. Bitakar may show reminders, summaries, dates, costs, and vehicle history based on your entries, but you should verify important information directly with service providers, government agencies, insurers, lenders, or other official sources when needed.
6. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Some plans may include a free trial, but a payment method may be required before the trial begins. Unless you cancel before a trial or billing period ends, your subscription may renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual price.
Plan limits, including the number of vehicles allowed, are based on the plan selected. We may refuse new vehicle additions or restrict account access if your subscription is canceled, unpaid, past due beyond any grace period, or otherwise inactive.
7. Free, beta, and internal access
We may offer free, beta, family, internal, or promotional access at our discretion. These accounts may be changed, limited, or ended by us at any time, especially during testing or early launch periods.
8. Cancellations and refunds
You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing tools provided in Bitakar or through Stripe. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed and may be reviewed case by case.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Bitakar, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, violate others' rights, or use Bitakar to store unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent material.
10. Service availability
We work to keep Bitakar available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, third-party service issues, internet outages, or other events may affect availability.
11. No warranties
Bitakar is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRINT MY IDEAS FL LLC and Bitakar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, vehicle damage, missed renewals, missed maintenance, or other losses arising from use of the service.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app, email, or another appropriate method. Continued use of Bitakar after changes means you accept the updated terms.
